The Deadwood Tournament Directors' Association ("DTDA") reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. The DTDA is not responsible for the decisions or actions of the individual casinos involved. Each casino involved reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

All entry fees and buy-ins are non-refundable. Any individual(s) not abiding by the rules and regulations set forth by the DTDA may be immediately terminated from the tournament without recourse. Any illegal activity or conduct, including, but not limited to, collusion, cheating or other conduct involving dishonesty, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. No cell phones or texting devices are allowed at the poker tables during the tournament. A player can and will be terminated from the tournament for intoxication, use of profanity, or unprofessional or unacceptable conduct at the discretion of the DTDA. The decision of the floorperson is final. 3% gratuity will be withheld. 2% of all prize money from each event will be withheld for “All Around Player” award.

The DTDA and the casinos involved reserve all rights. The DTDA is not responsible for any damages sustained or losses incurred from the involvement in any tournament held by the DTDA. Any taxes or financial obligations resulting from or arising out of any participation in any poker tournament held by the DTDA are the sole responsibility of the individual. The original entry voucher and photo identification must be presented at the time of registration. All players must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

All players participating agree to the use of their likeness and audio statements in any and all video production to be used for television and promotional purposes as may be necessary. All players grant the rights to Deadwood Tournament Directors Association in perpetuity in order to participate in the tournament.
